Inimigos não me atacam / alguns NPCs me atacam

Oi pessoal!

Alguns inimigos que spawnam durante o jogo (porque uso ASIS + DFB - Random Encounters) não estão me atacando. Em contrapartida, alguns NPCs aleatoriamente estão me atacando em Whiterun (como aquele elfo que vende arcos e flexas e a follower que fica na Bannered Mare). O que eu gostaria de saber é se alguém tem conhecimento em TES5Edit pra me ajudar a resolver isso modificando algum registro ou se algum dos mods abaixo possuem incompatibilidade:

Esse problema começou depois que eu instalei SIC + Duel - Combat + WetandCold - Holydays + DFB - Random Encounters + Better Vampires os autores destes mods disseram que não há incompatibilidade.
